Chef marcelo is a native born costa rican and has been gaining national recognition with his expertise, excellence and attention to fine detail. working with the gourmet catering chefs in costa rica the past 10 years he has had extensive experience doing weddings and large groups of up to 200.
Sous chef ingrid has had 20 plus years experience cooking for groups of up to 70 and exposure and education with some of the top gourmet chicago chefs and cuisine. She has had a number of publications of original recipes in ‘renowned” ‘bon appetit’ culinary magazine.
